How to use it

Will the image get blurry?
Not more than it has to. The tool searches for the highest quality that still fits 20KB. Only when quality alone cannot reach the target does it reduce the resolution — a smaller but sharp image beats a full-size smeared one — and the page tells you when that happened.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Compression runs in your browser, so the image never leaves your device. Once the page has loaded it also works offline.
Which output format should I pick?
JPG is the safe answer for photos and what most upload forms expect. WebP reaches 20KB at higher quality, but check that the form accepts WebP first.
