The service

카차카차 provides image tools free of charge. Crop, resize, compress and convert run in your browser, so their results depend on your browser and hardware. Automatic background removal runs on our server and is subject to a daily free limit, which we may change. The tools are provided as they are, without a warranty that any particular file or format will work.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. For automatic background removal we receive a downscaled copy for the moment it takes to compute the result, and keep nothing afterwards; every other tool transmits nothing at all. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you edit, and for complying with the rules of whichever platform or authority you submit the result to.

Acceptable use

Do not use 카차카차 to produce material that is illegal where you are, to forge identity or official documents, or to automate abusive traffic against the site.

Specification accuracy

Size presets for social platforms, passports, visas and application forms are compiled from public guidance and can change without notice. Always confirm the current requirement with the platform or issuing authority before submitting an application.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the tools, including a rejected application or a file that did not meet a requirement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of 서울중앙지방법원.
